Scope

The 2nd Dry Process School will be held at Plaza Heisei, Tokyo International Exchange Center, from the afternoon of November 16 to the morning of November 18, 2026. Organized in conjunction with the 47th International Symposium on Dry Process (DPS2026), this intensive program is designed for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career engineers.

The school provides advanced training in semiconductor dry processes, covering essential topics such as fundamental plasma processing and device physics. Applicants should possess a foundational understanding of undergraduate-level physics and chemistry. Lectures will be delivered in English by world-renowned experts in the field.
